Basic Rights processes orders based on the time they are received. Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days upon receiving the order and according to their availability. Expedited orders must be placed prior to 5:00 PM EST for next day shipping

International Delivery

We deliver to all international countries except North Korea, Syria, Iran, Cuba, Sudan, Belarus, Myanmar/Burma, and Lebanon.

For international deliveries, we ship all items on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis. This means that the shipping fees do not cover the cost of customs, duties or taxes. Once your order has shipped, the courier will bill you directly to pay for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we, Basic Rights, are shipping to.

Please ensure the correct shipping address is entered as we are not liable for any lost or stolen packages after it leaves our facilities. Basic Rights cannot alter any deliveries once the label has been created.

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Returns & Exchanges

To return an item, please complete the Returns & Exchanges Form included in your order. If you have misplaced the Returns & Exchanges Form or did not receive one in your order, please email customer@basicrights.com to request an electronic copy. We cannot process your return unless we receive a complete Returns & Exchanges form.

We are only able to process exchanges for the same item in a different size or color. If you would like to make an exchange for a different item, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order.

Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 30 days of purchase date. All items must be returned in the original condition that they were received -- unworn, unwashed, not altered and with all original tags attached. Your refund will be processed to the original form of payment. In the case that your item/s are unavailable for exchange, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment.

Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to reflect onto your account.

Please note, return shipping is at your expense; however, we will ship you exchanged item/s free of charge once your package is received. Any goods that are not returned in the original condition will be returned to you at your expense.
